Hansen P4 combines high torque capacity with a design that makes inspection and maintenance easier. The horizontal range offers parallel-shaft and right-angle configurations, with options for complete drive packages.
• Nominal output torque: 6–1,100 kNm across 19 sizes.
• Reduction ratios: 6.3:1–630:1, with special ratios available on request.
• Two-, three- and four-stage configurations.
• Solid or hollow output shafts.
• Split housing and a large inspection cover for convenient access.
• Gear geometry designed to reduce noise, vibration and transmission losses.
• Oil-lock™ sealing at the high-speed shaft and an oil distribution system designed to lubricate bearings during operation.
Available options include cooling equipment, condition monitoring and drive packages incorporating motors, couplings and support structures.
